Hypnosis and the Power of Your Subconscious Mind

Do you want to be happy?

Your mind is your key to create happiness. You may be wondering, what can the mind, especially the subconscious mind, do? What are the positive results that you can get from using the power of subconscious mind?

There are many, many things you can do if you know how to take advantage of the treasure that lies within you, hypnotist Igor Ledochowski also refers to it as your “hidden goldmine”, which is your subconscious mind. Some of the things you can achieve are:

  1. Increasing physical health and even, within God’s will, healing the body from many common diseases
  2. Increasing self confidence
  3. Learning faster and better
  4. Getting rid of fears and phobias
  5. Strengthening ties with family members, friends and co-workers
  6. Stopping bad habits, and many more.

Imagine that your mind is a garden and you are the gardener. You continuously sow seeds, which are ideas or thoughts throughout the day. If you sow hatred and evil, you will not be able to reap peace and happiness. If you sow the thoughts that money is evil, you will never get rich.

Therefore, be careful of what you think.

If you know how to program your subconscious mind, you can change your life. Maybe you can’t change the world, but you can always change your mind and what is within you to be a better person.

There’s another analogy of how the conscious and subconscious minds work.

The conscious mind is like the navigator and captain of a big ship, while the subconscious mind is like the crews of the ship.

The conscious mind analyzes the things you see and hear, and this includes logical thinking and analytical thinking. As the captain of the ship, it gives orders to the ship's crews based on the analysis.

The subconscious mind is responsible for involuntary activities, including breathing and changing heart rate. It is also responsible for storing memories, habits, and beliefs. Your subconscious mind is responsible for about 90% (some say more) of what you do.

Just like the ship’s crews, the subconscious mind only follows the captain’s (conscious mind) orders, so how the captain give instructions is important. Therefore, how the conscious mind communicates with the subconscious mind can change, erase, or strengthen existing ideas.

The crews of the ship are also responsible for various important things, such as cooking foods, cleaning the ship, doing the job in the engine room, etc. The captain doesn't do all of those things, they are done by the crews. There is only one captain, but there are hundreds of crews.

You have the power of the subconscious mind, but you need to know how to communicate better with it so you can activate the force to achieve the results you want.

If you are wondering how to do it, hypnosis is the answer.

You see, the mind has this thing called the “critical factor”. It acts just like a guard: it will not let every idea go into the subconscious mind. It filters the ideas from your subconscious mind.

That’s why traditional technique like affirmation often doesn't work.

If you keep affirming “I am happy, I am happy, I am happy!”, the guard in your mind will say “Really? How can I be happy? No, I’m not happy. I am broke and my life is miserable.”

With hypnosis, you can turn the critical factor (the guard) off to accept new ideas that can make you be a better person. You can communicate with the subconscious mind to do whatever things you want.
